CDO ICT Council Head elected NICP President
Stephanie Caragos, incoming President of the National ICT Confederation of the Philippines (NICP) invited all eGov participants to CDO, the host of next year’s NICP Summit.
She’s currently the President of the CDO ICT Business Council and CEO of Syntactics Inc., a 16-year old homebred IT solutions company in CDO.
