Carl Bryan Pontillas, Executive Director of the CDO ICT Council, represented the council at DICT’s ICT Literacy and Competency Development Bureau Partner Summit 2023. The theme was ‘Collaborative Synergy: Unlocking Opportunities Together’ held at N Hotel in Cagayan de Oro.
During his presentation, Carl provided an insightful discussion on the highly sought-after Information and Communication Technology (ICT) skills and positions that will be in demand not only for the year 2023 but also beyond.
